The Tobacco Commission would like to announce to all tobacco growers and other stakeholders that the 2021/2022 Growers’ Field Licensing will be conducted from 6th to 18th September, 2021.
The exercise will ONLY involve licensing for the 2021/2022 tobacco growing season and NOT registration. Growers willing to register clubs/estates and acquire Tobacco Grower Registration (TGR) Card are advised to visit Tobacco Commission’s Divisional Offices allocated in Mzuzu, Kasungu, Lilongwe and Limbe.

Note that Grower licensing in all areas will start from 08:00 hours to 16:00 hours from Monday to Saturday.
Growers are further reminded that the 2021/2022 Registration and Licensing Exercise will close on 30th September, 2021.
